Vipin Singh has long been referred to as Mr. Enthusiasm by his co-workers and friends, inspiring him to reserve the domain name, Enthusiasm.com back in 1994, well before it was a common practice to do so. But this kind of foresight is part of what’s fueled his success. As Vipin entered the internet technology world in 1994, he was not yet ready to start on his own, but jumped into a fast-paced professional career with Gartner, considered by IT execs as the most powerful IT Services company in the world, where he managed multi-million dollar relationships with companies like Microsoft, Boeing, and State of WA.
With grit and ingenuity in 1999, Vipin left his corporate job and founded a pioneering internet startup Enthusiasm Technologies that caught the attention of Seattle and Silicon Valley leaders. His advisory circle included Stanford-trained executives and, most notably, Satya Nadella, now CEO of Microsoft, who provided guidance to his startup in the early 2000s. This venture ultimately sold for $8.6 million, $22.6M after vesting in the NASDAQ 100 fastest growing companies at the time.
He then went on to build another IT services company Netisen Group Inc, with clients from Microsoft, Amgen, Safeco Insurance, and Nordstroms just to name a few. After growing the company to a revenue run rate of a multi-million dollars, he was feeling totally burned out, finding no meaning in external success, and a bounty of betrayal by an executive. Through this experience—and the dramatic swings of financial wealth in early 2001-2003, then facing major setbacks in late 2005-2007—he discovered that success alone doesn’t save you from struggle. He sold the company in 2003 to a group of local Seattle investors.
During a few years reprieve from running major enterprises, Vipin allowed himself a stretch of time to dabble, meditate, travel, and dig deep into chakra work which he always had a deep interest in and draw toward. It was time to confront fear, identity and purpose that had been pushed aside. It was during this time, the foundation of his philosophy, his chakra-based meditation, was born. When Vipin returned to the workplace after 5 years with newfound energy and intention, he launched into digital marketing management roles at Microsoft, ADP, and T-Mobile, the tech world’s biggest stages. In his roles, he presented to CEOs of multi-billion dollar companies, spoke at national tech conferences focused on digital search and social marketing, and led efforts at Microsoft for global search initiatives and at ADP for digital marketing for automotive giants such as General Motors, BMW, and Volkswagen.
His expertise in digital marketing focused on Search and Social, especially SEO (Search Engine Optimization), which is the art and science of being found in top positions on Google and other search and social platforms. His expertise in Social Marketing led him to purchase a place where he could pursue both business and his passion. It was time to use his business skills not only to make money, but to use his gifts to define his purpose.
Drawing from all of his experiences, he now owns and runs a Facebook "Spiritual Mindset" which has over 1.6 million members. The group has 3M viewers and 220K reactions during the latest span of 30 days. He has also developed a partnership with an Instagram Page with 1.4M followers called “Universe_calling”, where he is allowed to promote his book 2+ times a day. That page has a massive reach and engagement, which garners an average of 91 Million views and 6 Million interactions per month.
With over 20 years of experience in energy-centered mindfulness, he used these teachings to stay grounded, intuitive, and guided by purpose rather than ego. Vipin discovered firsthand that true success is not linear achievement, it is energetic alignment. It is living with integrity, compassion, and intention while building wealth that reflects those values.
Currently in senior management for a multi-billion dollar insurance company, and running his engaged and ever-growing FaceBook group, Vipin wants to show the world how to follow the path he’s taken; but without the struggle. I believe we can achieve a lot more wealth and prosperity than most of us think is possible. Everyone is worthy of receiving what they want. There are systematic methods to get what you desire by following specific frameworks. Very successful people throughout history have shown that it is not their circumstances that determine their level of success and wealth.
You do not have to choose between material wealth and spiritual well-being.
True prosperity comes from alignment; alignment between desire and belief, confidence and compassion, ambition and purposeful actions. There is a great divide in our mindset that making a lot of money means you have to sell your soul. There are also numerous energetic blocks within our mind, body and spirit.
